Saturday night was a good night.
Nobody Knows It But Me
10 days, that’s how long it took me to realize that I didn’t have to build a brick wall around me. All I had to do was keep a screen up. This allows me to still see, talk, and hear you, yet still keep you from crossing my barrier. I don’t have to be cold. I don’t have to stay angry. I can’t stay angry, not for a long time anyways. I could never hold grudges for a long time because I find it in my heart to care, which can be a good thing but I find myself caring a little too much (like I mentioned before) for people who don’t give me that same energy back. It’s fucked up on my part bcos I’ve devoted too much time to the wrong people, and since I’ve been going thru this little “phase” of mine, I’ve realized who I should be devoting time to.
I think my head is clear now though .. for the most part. I’m still learning though.
Day 7.
If there’s any type of person that I consider a “pet peeve”, it’s the type of people that walk around acting like they know everything about everything. They think they know what’s going on. They think they can tell people what to do about their problems. They think that everything that comes out of their mouth is right, even when it’s not. They think that they don’t have skeletons in the closet and walk around with their nose in the air thinking they are the shit
Isn’t that one hell of a description? Sad that there are actually people that fit all of those descriptions.
